To celebrate the launch of the Perseverance Rover, a friend of mine who works with the SuperCam (yeah, I know some incredible women), posted this drink on Twitter. I reached out and asked if I could post it here and she said yes! So recipe and photo from @marsninja
LIFE ON MARS COCKTAIL
Take 6-10 mint leaves (keep a sprig for garnish) and muddle with 3 strawberries and 0.5 oz simple syrup in shaker. Add ice and then 1 oz Lillet blanc and 2 oz gin. Shake and pour over a planet-shaped ice ball and garnish with mint sprig. Sip and look for biosignatures.
